Do I need to fast before a blood test?

Some tests, like fasting blood sugar or a lipid profile, need 8–10 hours of fasting. We'll let you know when confirming your appointment which tests need it.

Is home sample collection available every day?

Yes, home collection is available all 7 days between 8 AM and 8 PM. Morning slots are recommended for fasting tests.

How long does it take to get my report?

Most routine pathology reports are ready within 24 hours. Specialised tests may take slightly longer, which we'll confirm at the time of booking.

Can I walk in without an appointment?

Walk-ins are welcome during working hours, though booking ahead helps us reduce your wait time, especially for ultrasound scans.

Do you accept prescriptions from any doctor?

Yes. You can share your prescription with us on WhatsApp and we'll prepare the exact panel your doctor has recommended.
